Ginny Gibson
I'm a Mixed Media & Textile Artist, who adores vintage and antique textiles. I started blogging as Twinkle Pink back in 2006 when my children were young. I filled their world with light hearted whimsy and a whole lot of twinkle. I had also achieved a City and Guilds Diploma in Creative embroidery art and design. So my blogs reflected my world and as a result I discovered a world of like minded women from across the globe who were creative and whimsical too, kind and sharing, and hugely supportive of each other. We shared our art, took part in creative swaps and house parties, it was a lot of fun. As my children have grown up I concentrate more on my Mixed Media Art & Design. I continue to sew a little whimsy now and then and particularly love upcycling vintage fabrics for clothing and home interiors. I'm continually on a learning curve and looking for inspiration in the name of art, and I hope to continue my journey on here with you as long as blog keeps going. I hope that I inspire some of you out there to create and shine that beautiful light that is you. See my main blog - The Textile Art Post for current updates on art projects and fairs I attend.

Tactile Art Inspired from Mother Nature

Tactile Art Inspired from Mother Nature
What color is your soul painted?

Purple

Your soul is painted the color purple, which embodies the characteristics of sensuality, spirituality, creativity, wealth, royalty, nobility, mystery, enlightenment, arrogance, gaudiness, mourning, confusion, pride, delicacy, power, meditation, religion, and ambition. Purple falls under the element of Earth, and was once a European symbol of royalty; today it symbolizes the divine.
